In addition, we can significantly reduce our storage and transport costs. This allows the goods to be sold at the lowest possible price. We cover the shipping costs for every order. 100% of our products are delivered to your home free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required!

The order is often delivered within 10 to 30 days after dispatch. dispatch can in some instances take a month or longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Of course, we guarantee that all our products are worth the wait and that you help the environment by ordering from us and choosing this shipping option.

Due to importing regulations to the USA there can be some delay in delivery times and dispatch times for order bound to the USA.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

The shipping confirmation with tracking number(s) will be sent by the shipper via email once the order is processed in the system.

RETURNS

All items returned to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must first request a return slip from customer service info@tiveariohome.com before sending the goods back for further processing. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible in case of loss or damage during return shipping.

DAMAGE

The store is responsible for any damage or loss of products during shipping. If the order received is not in good condition, damaged or the packaging is torn, please contact our customer service info@tiveariohome.com and provide us with a photo of the package and contact the courier company responsible for handling your package.

All packaging materials and damaged goods must be retained in order to file a claim.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

By completing your purchase, you agree that delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier will serve as proof of order fulfillment and receipt.
